My first time here, I purchased a dryer, and the service was amazing. My second time here, I purchased a Nintendo Switch and was ignored by staff until I found someone willing to help. And my phone number is listed under both my name & some random guy.

Purchased a washer and dryer that was in there warehouse, they promised delivery the next day so i did not buy else ware even sent me a text message saying it was going to be delivered between 9am and 5pm. Then the same day 6pm after they closed, cancelled my delivery, my the day after. The next day cancelled again they again. so ask if i could pick it up my self from the warehouse but was denied due to stocktake. 5 days it took for a next day delivery. when i complained they said where are you going to go we own jbhifi". Harvey Norman from now on."

We came in tonight to buy and iPad after having no luck at officeworks across the parking lot. I didn’t catch the workers name but he was the most helpful and kind person ever. He didn’t push to sell the most expensive ipad and gave his honest opinion. Would 100% go back for future products or help

We recently made some purchases at The Good Guys Morayfield and we wanted to say that Hugh was absolutely fantastic! We were after a washing machine & heat pump dryer, I had already researched online & we were very happy with the service that was received in-store; we were greeted straightaway, questions we had were answered & the whole transaction process, including organising delivery was very fluid. The delivery also went very well as the old washing machine was taken away & the new one installed & the dryer placed where we wanted it to be. Highly recommend.

My brother went in to the Good Guys, Morayfield to purchase himself a new fridge. (He attended with his assistant dog, so it was obvious he is on disability pension. )Firstly, we waited and waited for some serviceEventually, we got someone and negotiated a price and arranged delivery of the fridge for the following day as he was not available any other day. We also asked for the old fridge to be taken away, and a note was put on the receipt confirming these details.He waited and waiting the following day for his fridge to be delivered, eventually calling The Good Guys asking the whereabouts of his delivery.It was advised that the delivery was put down to be delivered on the Saturday, after specifically advising he was not available on this day.After rearranging his plans, he waiting for his delivery which finally arrived.It was at this time that he was advised, there were not able to removed the old fridge, they left he new fridge, still in the box on the middle of the kitchen floor. As mentioned prior, my brother is a disability pensioner and is not able to lift and manoeuvre a fridge out of a box and into ite place.Meanwhile, he has taken all of his fridge and freezer items out of the old fridge in wait, now these items were left to spoil on the bench.He then contacted the Good Guys, Morayfield to make a complaint regarding his issue, only to be told the delivery fee charged, is for delivery only. Regardless of what was charge, this is not what was discussed and arranged upon payment of his fridge. A little bit of service goes a long way, in this case....Fail. if I could give zero stars, I would . Paying this amount of money is a lot for a pensioner, they're certainly happy enough to take your money.Don't shop here, go elsewhere

Went to purchase a new laptop and had a very good experience with the sales team. All the staff were super friendly.One of the employees Lleyton, with his wide knowledge made it so much easy for my partner to pick out a good laptop that suited her taste and it even had a good pricetag to it! Thanks Lleyton for the expertise!I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for electronics, laptops, tablets etc. They are indeed, The Good Guys!

1 star too much, Terrible service from this joke of a store, This would be now the 2nd experience, and the last.Entered the store today to purchase Nintendo Joycons, as I approached the Game Section an employee (turned face) walked away from me as they saw I needed assistance, waited multiple minutes before another rude (manager?) asked me if I was being served. Before I even got a chance to look through the store at other items, they pushed me through to the front counters and out the door that fast they forgot to ACTIVATE the gift card I also Purchased, thanks for the free piece of scrap paper? totally rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior from floor, to counter.

Customer service from Chiquita was absolutely wonderful. Extremely happy with my purchases, delivery and install (the delivery guys were awesome too) and would recommend this store to others.

I had my laptop die on me today and my uni assignment is due tomorrow. After a very stressful day of trying to recover all of my documents on my laptop, I decided to go purchase a new MacBook so I can transfer them easily and fast. Although The Good Guys we’re out of stock in the macbook I wanted, the gentleman who was serving me helped me so much in finding somewhere that has stock. A++++ the customer service
