I'm a coinless society, still having to use coin to get a trolley, NOT impressed. Other places have removed this requirement, that's why I tend to shop there. When they upgrade to reality, I might just go back and shop there.

Coles is, well... Coles. However, the staff here are somewhat unique.. they actually are a team and look after each other, enjoy each others company, and celebrate staff birthdays, which is a really positive refreshing thing to see.The biggest problem with the refurbishment is the use of self checkouts - so much so there is only ONE normal checkout available.
