We were very pleased with a recent transaction carried out for us by James and Danny of Morley Commercial. A clear marketing plan was devised and implemented very professionally. But what most impressed us was how thoroughly they researched the property to the extent that they eventually knew more about it than we did. We had never seen an agent do that before. We recommend without hesitation.

I was about to give the offer after the inspection for a commercial property and they just told me it's sold. 2 calls from my company and confirmed they would wait for my offer. My lawyer just wasted 2 hours but not sure what the vendor lost on this sale. LoL.

We meet with James and Tom at our property, they were on time (tick 1)We asked their thoughts on our property price range, they came up with the same range as we did (tick 2) They also impressed us with their research into the local market before they came to this meeting. Both guys kept us up to date with the number of people shown through each day and a total and summary of buyers at the end of each week, we did not have to chase them once for information about this (tick 3)At the pointy end of negotiations we had a few ups an downs with buyers setting clauses and to James and Toms credit they worked through each one and kept us informed along the way (sometimes hourly !) [tick 4]We achieved our selling price we were comfortable with and settled in a very short time thanks to James mentioning to the buyer work could work this in before Xmas.[tick 5]James and Tom did a great job over all and we are very happy with their ability to keep us informed at every step along the way.With all the ticks above we would highly recommend Morley Commercial to sell your property

I tried to inspect a property in ascot vale they have listed. Tony Sun was in no hurry to show me the property and had limited time to discuss the terms. He didn’t answer msgs or phone calls and only had limited time to visit the site as it was too far for him. He was also rude and abrupt. Perhaps he was too busy.I then spoke to Andrew Morley who unfortunately was unable to provide any further help.I experienced totally unprofessional service.I would not use them for leasing a property in anyway even if it was in Richmond.
