BASE Holidays - Ettalong Beach Premium Apartments

Very nice apartment with sea views from a spacious balcony. It had a kitchen area with a small cooktop, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. Roomy bathroom with a spa bath and showerhead above the bath. Very tidy, clean and well kept apartment. No reception, but keys etc were collected from Base Holidays across the road. Ample parking both outside and undercover. The Manta Hotel and Ettalong Diggers Club are all part of the same complex. The main Ettalong shopping precinct is very close to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to others.

No reception as this is not part of mantra apartments. Poor lift service and carparking. No room service under 7 nights. Average experience. Beware of drunk patrons from the club having parties in adjoining apartments. Pool and deck leaking in carpark and under refurbishment. Should be heavily discounted. No one answers your calls seems like its run on the cheap.

We've stayed with Ettalong Premium Apartments once before and loved it so booked again. The location is perfect, beach, shops and club within a stones throw. The pool is great for all ages. The room is studio style has great views of the water & pool and is clean. It's small but suits us perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids under 6.

The unit was clean and well maintained. The water view from the room was amazing. The hospitality by Suzanne and Rob was warm and welcoming, and we appreciated the message updates of things to see and do during our stay from them.We would highly recommend booking through Suzanne and Rob's company.We hope to return in the near future. We had a lovely time exploring the Ettalong and surrounding areas.

I stayed in Room 619, A one Bedroom Suite with Town / Hinterland Views from 6/10 till 12/10/22.Originally I called mantra itself but for the same room their prices were just too much after a little research I found Ettalong beach premium appartments at base.They were helpful from the start after my plane was delayed for over 3 hrs because of the weather i was late for check in they were very understanding and came to the office when I called around 8:30pm.I have stayed at mantra many times but this is the first I’ve went thru another company and definitely won’t be the last.The rooms are furnished differently from mantra style they have more of a home feeling than a sterile hotel it was nicely wallpapered and had nice wall art and had a tv in the bedroom and plenty of linen and blankets.The outdoor area was furnished nicely big table for 6 a buffet and nice statue all these little things just made it feel more like a home away from home will definitely be back.Cleanliness 9/10

Just a quick visit to the Central Coast for a birthday party. Great spot- the club us right next-door, short walk to the beach and a great park for the kids. The pool looked amazing, but it was too cold f or a swim rhus time round.

Ettalong Premium Apartments provided the perfect combination of a small-town feel and proximity to Sydney. A true beach paradise. The charming atmosphere made me feel right at home. I doubt you will find a better 'country town' so close to the city. Rob, the manager, was excellent in ensuring a delightful experience from the moment I arrived. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the surroundings. With its ideal location, friendly staff, and impeccable service, I highly recommend Ettalong Premium Apartments for a memorable getaway.

Booked a premium deluxe room was quite disappointed for the price we paid, room was of standard quality far from deluxe. Features like wifi and Foxtel not included even though was advertised as Premium Chanel’s and free wifi. Was hoping for a romantic weekend away hence booking a deluxe room instead was on level 1 right beside pool. I recommend you byo toilet paper as only 1 ply paper is supplied. Bed was comfy and room was clean location amazing, staff are friendly.

Comfortable and very clean, stayed with Ettalong Premium Apartments for 10 days. We had the Hindeland view which was view of both beach and hills with lovely sunsets so no complaints! Great amenities with washer/drier and the jacuzzi tub was fun. Comfortable bed and pillows.Convenient location and walking distance to all the area has to offer. Quite a few good restaurants and lots of local art shops. The diggers club downstairs was great. Fishing on the beach was fun and we had tones of catch & release. Customer service was great too, friendly and helpful staff. We left a day earlier in a hurry and forgot some personal belongings, they mailed them back to us within days and with no stress at all, I can't thank them enough. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent apartment, very clean and fully equiped with plenty of cooking utensils. Water and pool views. Very relaxing on the balcony.
