It’s been really awesome coming back to the Epping clinic. Anastasia is always so lovely and explains every little process step by step of what’s been done and how it’s helping my skin improve. Highly recommend and booked in to come in again and again and again..

Not very happy with my laser results after having many sessions at this clinic. They are always pushy to make you book another sessions, very money minded, not friendly people at the reception.Most of the 5 star reviews are coming from customers who have been offered free products like cream/ serum when they give 5 star reviews.Do your research properly before booking any sessions !!

Amazing experience! Anastasia the nurse was super friendly and ensured I was cared for the entire time. She made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time and explained everything to do with hair removal perfectly and recommended the products to ensure I obtain the best results.

Kristina is my consultant and she has been great, preps the client very well n advises on steps so well. I’ve seen Paul at the Epping clinic for lip fillers and my experience was more than amazing ! The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful within the clinic. I had wanted to get lip filler for a long time and was very nervous about the process. Paul made the experience great and was very comforting and he explained and answered all my questions and the results were fantastic! Highly recommend getting lip fillers done at the clinic !! Will definitely be returning to Paul for a touch up, cannot thank him enough !
