Hey Removalist

It was pure luck that I got to know about Hey Removalist and I am beyond pleased that I did because they were beyond great! From the start till the very end, they were nothing but great to work with. It was a breeze to book - they were very reasonable with no hidden cost! The blankets and wrapping of my furnitures etc, all that was inclusive of the price per hour. I truly appreciate there’s no hidden cost what so ever. You can pay by EFT or cash on the day. The price per hour is inclusive of GST. Kay (the owner of the business) and Kumar attended the job to assist with my move on the day. I received a text 60 mins before the start time advising that they are heading over and I received a call when they arrived. Unfortunately, one of the two lifts in the building was out of service on the day. Despite the set back, Kay and Kumar worked extremely professionally, very patient (we had to share the one lift with everyone else so there was a lot of wait time), extremely fast but at the same time took great care of all of my items. Nothing was damaged from the move. They were very personable as well. I have received lots of compliments from both building management of how amazing they were on the day. And I have very strict building management across both building. It’s testament to the amazing job they did on the day that I’ve been told how happy they were with the job. The common area was left clean as well, nothing to clean up after etc. I would recommend Hey Removalist any day to all my family and friends. Moving home is such a stressful and difficult job, having Hey Removalist to assist me with my move truthfully made it a breeze and it’s peace of mind that I truly appreciate. They were amazing to work with from start to the very end. I’m beyond glad that I picked Hey Removalist to help with my move on the day. Many thanks Kay, Kumar and Jenny for all your help!

Hey removalists did an amazing job, very hard-working and managed to move a 3 bedroom house in less time than I thought. Price was cheaper than other companies i got quotes from. Would highly recommend using hey removalist for any move.
