Artarmon Computers were amazing. My laptop wouldn't start up so I called them. Greg the owner was so knowledgeable. He got me to do some tests while on the phone so he could narrow down the likely cause of the problem, and then an indication of what options I had.As it turns out I needed a new laptop but he helped there too, recommending the best model for me for the best price possible from Harvey Norman. I took both to him and like magic he transferred all my files, emails and contacts to the new laptop and made it look like the old Windows 7 one so I wasn't lost in the new windows 10 interface.They were there to help me over the phone when I got it home too, and even logged into the laptop to do some setting up of my printer and some other stuff. I hate to think what I'd have done without people like this to save me, and so reasonably priced too!

I would highly recommend Greg as your go to computer person. He is very knowledgeable without baffling you with computer jargon. He looks at your problem then gives you a solution with a realistic time frame. In short he delivers competent IT support very quickly and as painlessly as possible.
