Studio units - must avoid, right next to camping zone.Studio units- perfect for you if 8 PM is your bed time. As people camping want a quiet night as early as possible.Dont go with kids who would like to enjoy themselves with their friends - you are not supposed to change rooms after 9:30 PM as the doors are not soft closing and kids are not cognizant of that.Pros- decent water/pool area- kids enjoyed that. Putt Putt is good too. Trampoline and manual go kart were fun for kids.Cons- not a party place or having a big night with friends.

Fantastic caravan park overall. Caravan sites are quite small and tight to get into. if you have over a 15 foot van and you're the last to arrive in the area, you're in for a world of fun. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great facilities. Only thing that let this place down slightly was the quality of the food at the restaurant. The food was more misses than hits unfortunately. However, only 1 chef cooking on a Saturday night, very busy, hour wait on food. This poor chef had the odds stacked against him.

This place is awesome! It’s dog friendly but only in some parts! It’s incredible for kids to run around and play.Highly recommend for caravans, camping trailer, tents, as one half of the ground is cement for parking car next to on your spot and the other part has fake grass.

I recently stayed at Treasure Island Caravan Park for 4 nights for a work conference. I would highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Gold Coast. The park is located in a great spot, just a short drive from all of the major theme parks and attractions. It is also reasonably close drive to the beach, which is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and surfing. The park itself is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that you have a great stay. The accommodation at Treasure Island Caravan Park is varied and there is something to suit everyone's needs. I stayed in a two-bedroom villa, which was spacious and comfortable. The villa had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, a TV, and a private balcony. The park also has a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a spa, a tennis court, and a kids' club. There is also a restaurant on site, which serves good food and is very reasonably priced.Overall, we had a fantastic time at Treasure Island Caravan Park. We would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Here are some specific things that we loved about the park:* The location was perfect. We were close to all of the major theme parks and attractions, as well as the beach.* The staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay.* The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a private balcony.* The park had a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a spa, a tennis court, and a kids' club.* The licensed restaurant on site served good food.I would definitely recommend Treasure Island Caravan Park to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Gold Coast.

This was a good place to stay. We stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin with one of the rooms containing 2 bunk beds. We had a BBQ area just out the back of our unit which we used to cook on for a couple of nights of our stay. I found some of the pools/ spas a little bit dated but they were in good working order. There was a jumping pillow and a bistro type area where you could buy meals and drinks. They had a cocktail of the day on offer also. We did have to supply our own spatula and sissors as our unit didn't have any, but apart from this our stay was an excellent one. Harbor Town was just around the corner with shopping facilities close by. About a 15/20 min drive to Seaworld, Movie World, Dreamworld and Outback Spectacular.

We paid just under $4,000.00 for a garden villa. Four adults and two children - 8 nights. For the money we paid, we all expected a lot more. The Villa was dated, mouldy and not clean enough. Floors were disgusting, cobwebs everywhere and bathrooms - yuck. We had one set of towels delivered during the entire stay. No toilet paper refill (unless asked at reception), no clean towels, nothing to clean dishes with after the first couple of days when the two sachets of dish wash ran out. However, the facilities were good for the kids and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Restaurant and kids club - amazing!!I would have liked to give a better review on account of the positive aspects but I feel that people should be aware that their cabins and villas are not worth what’s being charged for them. All in all we wouldn’t stay there again. We would go somewhere else but we made the most of our stay whilst there

What a great place to stay. Sure the place isn't brand new anymore. But it has everything you need when travelling. Hot water in the shower and plenty of it. Comfy bed. All the kitchen facilities including tea & coffee supplies. But the best part of all were the people that worked there. To just call them staff would short change them immensely. They would be by far the friendliest and most helpful team I have ever come across in my travels. Not just the reception people (who were awesome), but even when walking around the grounds. Any of the team were happy, smiling, said hello. They all looked like they enjoyed being there. The restaurant crew were outstanding. Again they were friendly, helpful, provided top service. And as a bonus, the food was excellent. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return in the near future.I suppose I should mention that they are close to shopping centres and servos, and a whole heap of other facilities.

Very disappointed with lies we were told about sites. We stayed for nearly 5 weeks and then we had to move out for 2 nights due to the camp being fully booked which was fine but we weren’t given the same ensuite site we had been told we would have when we came back to stay for another 4 weeks. We were lied to, about why that was. We were told there was a large camper trailer coming in which was not true as everything that has come in has been smaller than us. We have stayed another 4 weeks and had to move which is fine but the caravan that has come in on the site we had been on is a lot smaller than us again. We are moving out again for 4 nights which is fine, and then we are coming back for at least another 2 weeks. Not sure what site they will give us this time and the lies they will tell why we are on the smaller site and the smaller vans on the larger sites. For the nights we have had to move out we have stayed at the Big 4 and they have been amazing with moving vans around to accommodate our size van.

Stayed here at an unpowered campsite for two nights passing through but wish we could have stayed longer. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Amenities are great and props to the cleaning staff because the place is absolutely spotless!
