Middle aged man serving coffees extremely rude not only to customers but also towards his own staff. Not a welcoming environment. Definitely won’t be back.

I have been visiting The Alice Cafe for the past 12 years and have always been welcomed with a smile and amazing coffee and food.One of the only cafes that know their customers by name and have their coffees ready before they even walk in the door.Fadi and Nadia make everyone that enters the cafe feel like part of the family.The love and care they put into everything that is served is undeniable.If I could rate this 10/10 I would.I highly recommend anything and everything out of The Alice Cafe, you can never go wrong.Thanks so much for all you do guys.

Absolutely disgusted at the appalling behaviour of the male worker at Alice Cafe Sylvania. I was on a work call trying to order coffee and the rude man yelled Nobody gets served or gets to order a coffee on their phone!!" and repeated this remark until I left the shop. I don't understand how a cafe like this can still operate with such disgusting customer service. I will never return"

I've been going to the Alice cafe since I was 15, I'm now 23 and consider fadi and his mother like family, 'the middle aged man' as described in previous comments demands one thing - respect, if you respect him he respects you. If you walk in and don't say good morning and demand a coffee hes well within his right to tell you to get out of his shop!I've been there multiple mornings where rude entitled people (usually in suits) treat him like he's there servant so which anyone would react the same.

They don't have menu and kitchen, mainly selling coffee and few bakery items. Price not listed for each items. Spinach with cheese taste weird with herbs and sour, croissant with ham and cheese is nice, both costs for $18.50. Have a tall man with very angry face, looks fierce.

Awesome little cafe! Coffee is consistently good and they have my order up sometimes before I walk in the door! Friendly service and always good for a chat. Easy for a quick park out front if you are on the move. Can't rate this place highly enough. My happy place 5 days a week at 530am! Cheers guys. Tom
