My car tyre was repairable(checked with other shop afterwards) and the reason these guys told me was not even mentioned in their terms and conditions of their free tyre fixing promotional policy and they make my mind to change the tyre by liying to me that my temporary tyre fixing glue has ruined the tyre and wasted because he had fix they tyre for free.... not going to recommend any one cuz I felt they are beau-Rippers not repairs!

I had my car was booked to have two new front tyres & a wheel balance, then I was told they didn't have the tyres right now when I book it in Scotty said they did. They totally wasted my time so I took it to Elite & they did it straight away beaurepairs I will never have anything to do with them again bad service.

I have a late model X-Trail fitted with expensive Yokohama tyres. Punctured 2 beyond repair at local tip. Went to Beaurepairs Moonah and had them replaced with Goodyear tyres. The tyres are amazing and fantastic value. Scott, the manager really looked after me. Service was prompt even though I showed up without a booking. Seriously thinking of replacing the other 2 good Yokahamas with the Goodyear ones. Scott really knows his stuff and the workshop guys were friendly and helpful. Yeah, I know this is a long message but Gee the price was excellent and so was the service and turn it around. The vehicle is my office so needed it back on the road asap. Highly recommended.

I trusted this big reputable brand. But it makes me disappointed. I got a flat tire and they told me I have to change the tire and it’s not fixable. I called my car’s service centre to check, they told me it can be fixable. So the guy working here lied to me. $35 fixed here attracted me and $125 new tire fee pushed me away. I finally got my flat tire repaired by Bob Jane. This proved the guy lied to me or they have less skills to fix a flat tire poor company.
