Marcel and his team at Ermington Vet are amazing.About 1-2 months ago, We found an injured Kitten in our front garden. She had trauma to her face, eyes and lungs. She was struggling ridiculously, I called Marcel and took her immediately to see him. We arrived at his vet and he looked her over. She was a stray and was quite feral; hissing and trying to claw and bite Marcel. He handled her so gently and really made an effort to ensure she was not traumatised. Marcel assessed her and stated that in order to save her eye he needed to keep her in and really monitor her whilst giving her antibiotics/ pain relief etc. Marcel looked after for over a week giving her everything that she needed as we wanted to keep her. She was a stray but we wanted to keep her but also did want her to suffer. Her name is Sophia, she is now a 5 months old happy and playful kitten. Marcel really cared for her and when it came to the cost he did not charge anything near what he should have. Marcel is such a passionate man and I honestly could not fault him in any of the cares that he has provided for Sophia or any of our other animals we have brought to him. Bonus of all this is that Sophia still has 2 beautiful eyes Thanks to Marcel. Thank you again Marcel for the care you have provided Sophia with, we are so grateful for you and Sophia !

I took my cats in for their annual vaccines and the staff refused to let me enter the premises. They just wanted the cats in on their own to give them the vaccine. I was not comfortable with this. This is their annual vaccine and there was no opportunity to talk to the vet about concerns or anything.Not great service. Definitely would not recommend if you are protective of your animals. And I know all pet owners are super protective.

Extremely knowledgable, great understanding and communication. Good pricing. Very much a great place to bring a pet to let them have the best of care.

We have been using Ermington Vet for decades with many different animals. Marcel and his team are always so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve always found they do their absolute best to make things affordable. They really do care so much about the animals that come into their care. Forever thankful to Marcel and his team for caring so exceptionally for our animals and also for providing us with the best information they can and explaining everything so clearly.

Best vet ever! I have 2 large dogs (one young and the other old) and a cranky old cat who doesn't like people, with the exception of Dr M!!! Not only does our vet look at whatever is presented, he looks at the whole animal too. He takes his time, is personable and treats us as if we were his only clients! And afterwards... the bill... very affordable. In fact, sinfully cheap! I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend that neither do you!

I've been to a few vets for my cats, but honestly, the experience of taking my sick cat to Ermington Vet was great. It was a time we were highly stressed and anxious, and the whole experience was very reassuring. You are in good hands if you take your beloved family member here as their regular doctor. We will definitely be back for all our future cat needs.
