I have personally dealt with Phil and Emily for for a number of years now for all of our local commercial and residential property purchases. Whilst they are by no means the biggest, as far as we are concerned they are the most thorough and efficient Property Conveyancer's in town but to be clear that's not the only reason we use them. We use them because they are available when I need them, including after hours mid-week and over the weekends but we never take advantage of that major benefit and point of difference that clearly ads value separates them from the competition.
