Wonderful experience working with Harcourts Empire and Zoe. She has been very professional, quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and well connected in the market and was able to secure us an excellent tenant in a very fast turn around. She took great care and organised all contractors incl. high quality gardeners, cleaners and professional photographers in a timely manner at very reasonable rates. Called Matt McWaters directly, called the office AND emailed the office, no reply regarding the property that my wife and I were interested in. I feel sorry for the owners of the property that I was interested in. No wonder its still on the market.They always have so few photos on their website of properties as well.

Fantastic experience working with Harcourts Empire and Zoe. Very professional, knowledge of the rental market was exceptional and with Zoe’s extensive experience as a Property Manager helped lock in an excellent tenant whilst making the transition exiting the property for myself seamless through organizing contractors (photographer, cleaners, plumbers, handyman) to ensure the property was at the highest standard for the new tenant.

Currently renting from a private property owner through Harcourts Empire Wembley. Our property Manager is Zoe.I’ve rented through a handful of different property management businesses and this is easily my best experience to date. Zoe is super nice, straight to the point, clear communicator and an immediate actioner and resolver of any issues we have encountered to date. You can tell she enjoys her line of work and does well and creating and maintaining relationships with her clients. Couldn’t ask for a better property manager. Zoe will definitely be at the top of my list for managing my own investment properties in the future.

Zoe and the Team at Harcourts make renting through them such a pleasure. Zoe is very experienced and offers immediate responses to any maintenance issues which arise. It's immensely comforting to know that when a maintenance issue is raised it will be addressed as a priority. Zoe and the team at Harcourts Empire have been very professional, excellent with their communication and quick to respond.
