They provided a product that was cheap and nasty, which we chose to go with, but charged an arm and a leg for it. When asked to repair basic damage to the gate they were not interested in repairing it unless we were prepared to Pay $900.00 for repairs.Clearly their interest is in installing average material rather than providing customer service.

We had an incident which meant a panel of our metal fence needed replacing. When I got in touch with Prestige Fencing & Gates they said they had heard about the incident and would waive their installation fee for me. So not only did they do a beautiful job on making the panel to match the rest of the fence, but they didn't charge for install. A top notch business! Thank you so much!
