Visited this dry cleaner several times, however after noticing some stains on a couple of dresses I had picked up from there, I decided to find another dry cleaner. The stains easily came out in a regular wash at home so I wondered what kind of dry cleaning they actually charged me for.I recently returned to the store with 4 standard short dresses to have dry cleaned, and was questioned by the male at the front if I was hiring the dresses out as a business, and what brand the dresses were. After umm'ing and ahh'ing for some time, he quoted me $39 per dress! When I questioned him about the price, compared to the $25 per dress he used to charge me (prior to knowing I ran a side business of hiring these dresses out) he had nothing to say for himself!Unprofessional and disappointing to see him try to take advantage. I'd rather drive the extra 10 mins to another dry cleaner, then ever return here again.

Gave in a suit with request for same day dry cleaning in the morning on a weekday, it was ready within 3 hours, so I was happy with the speed of service. I have no idea what the cleaning processes used were, but the suit seemed nicely pressed. Would be good if owner could reply and advise what the standard suit cleaning includes. The $20 price I think was a little below average for a 2 Piece suit, will use again if something needs cleaning at short notice.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER!I have been using this dry cleaner for over one year with no problem at all...up until a week ago.I took an expensive silk blouse which on the label said dry clean only. I had only worn the shirt this once and took it to them to have it cleaned. 2 days after dropping it off my husband went to pick it up. The man at the front desk gave my husband the item along with other items I had dry cleaned. My husband returned home and to my shock there was white paint like blotches all over my silk blouse, the blouse also was no longer silk - but matte and rough! Distraught I took this back immediately and said this was not the quality of the shirt that I had taken to them. The man was so rude and arrogant and told me they could not guarantee removal of stains and I said there was no stains on the top at all except on the inside collar (small make up stain). The man rudely took it off me and said he will try to clean it but cannot guarantee I said that they should never had let it leave the shop in it's state!A week later I went to pick it up and was mortified even more that he thought it was the way it was when I dropped it off. The white paint blotches all over were removed however the silk shirt still felt like matte and rough !He was so rude and began yelling and indicated that he would only pay 10 times the amount that was paid for dry cleaning (he reckons he only charged me $6 for the blouse) which he didn't because a total of 4 items was $130. I was upset and told him that I wouldn't accept this and he told me that's it. He got agitated and began yelling in my face and pointing his finger in my face. I then told him that I will take him to nsw fair trading as this is unfair and then I was told I was no longer welcome in his shop!This place is rude, arrogant and definelty do not do a professional job. This has been reported to fair trading and they said they have other concerns with this dry cleaner. Very very disappointing for someone who reckons they've been in the industry for over 40years.

Their same day dry cleaning service was very quick and professional! Will be back again in future.
