Regal Crash Repairs

Mechanical works were fine – customer service probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you want anything done in a hurry, don’t use this crash repair.

Regal car repair people think customers are dumb they can't see whether the car was hit in their own facility and there response was it is a paint chip that happens with time funny though thank God it was not my car but my friends hope to face some action with it and if you have staff that hit the clients car admit the mistake and fixing it would have not been issue but now I khow that never trust the keys to your car before taking pictures guys

Love the service here. I know my car will be in great hands. Paul and John are so helpful and always keep me in the loop. My car always gets returned looking brand new and clean as a whistle. Highly recommended.

Repaired my car as I bought new. I’m an rideshare “ Uber, Ola and Didi “ driver. Mostly on the roads and have visited many crash repairs since 2017. Honestly Regal Crash Repairs did the best and my car looked very new. They made so happy when I saw my car and changed mine to give them a very good review. They were a bit late and delayed which was made me grumpy but the repair of my car made me very happy.Just wanted to say if repair quick for rideshare drivers will be great.And yeah I recommend to all my friends to visit regal crash repair when they need.

Had my car for 3 months then delayed my car’s delivery 5 times before delivering it after another month

Not happy.My car repair has been delayed over and over for 8 weeks. What they say was, the parts are from overseas, Covid-19 delays shipping. Understandable.Finally I received completion date, I called them on the day to organise time for pick up.My car was not ready.They said they need another day, said the car will be ready by next day and they will call me at noon to confirm.No calls received, no follow ups, nothing.Myself had to call them again to ask if the car is ready to pick up.The car is still not ready.They said it is a complex repair, waiting an alignment etc etc..Can’t that be done within the timeframe you informed to your customer? Or at least give your customer a call to follow up if there is any issue of delaying? and you would not be able to keep the completion date?Will not recommend this poor service repairer to my friends.

Worst experience and worst people to deal with had my car given for repair and scratches all over my car any not even fixing the actual damage properly worst experience ever

Terrible service would never recommend this place.I sent my car to get fixed and after a month they called me to pick the car that car is all done. I went to pick up my car and when I started driving I noticed that alignment was not right and car was moving only oneside I took it back and they said So sorry will fix it.After 10 days they called me to pick the car Now I have picked my car parked at my home and started again battery is dead.I called them and they are not accepting their fault and just harrassing me.I really want Allianz to change their providers to repair a car.They should send the cars to someone who has deep knowledge of automotive aswell.

Amazing team and service. I had originally booked with another repairer but wasn't happy and went with Regal. So glad I did. Everyone I dealt with was accommodating. My car was repaired and turned back over to me in a really short time frame. As far as customer experience goes, these guys are a 10/10. Also love that they detailed my car as well :) Thanks everyone!!
