My son had an appointment at 11.40am and at 12.20 he still hadn't been seen, 3 people in there, one on the phone, one seeing a customer and one on the front. The pop-up shop on the ground floor went to lunch. If you make an appointment stick to the appointment time. As I am not impressed

The last few years were great they really went the extra mile but sadly this year they wouldn’t let me claim ANYTHING related to my job at all! And they didn’t even submit my tax for afew business days. I don’t know what’s happened but I won’t be going back at all!

Charged twice the quoted price for a basic tax return, when I asked why I was told it was because it was out of season" so they charge 80 bucks when they're busy and 160 when they aren't

there should be a zero rating for them!! Just went in there and one of the staff was so unprofessional talking to her customer about me. Constantly laughing everytime the agent assisting us is saying no what my husband can claim. Totally rude never ever go to this branch they won't let you claim any. They use to be very professional and willing to help taxpayers now they don't care anymore!!! I was so sorry that my husband had to pay $120 for this type of service and had to see how unprofessional this agent was!!

Worst service ever, here’s my experience, went in on the first week of July to do my tax return for 2021 and 2022, call up a week later to confirm both 2021 and 2022 been sent in, I get told that both 2021 and 2022 have been, I even double checked. I call up 2 weeks later I get told that 2022 hasn’t be sent in I go “why?” they tell me they are still waiting for final pay statement but if we get a final payslip we should be able to get everything we ned i go “okay” but I’m just thinking why not ask for this from the beginning, today mine has finally been processed I call up to see when it will hit my account they say in a couple days I go well since you guys stuffed up can you do it today they say no they can’t but they can transfer me to who does so I ask to be transferred to who does it. I tell them what’s happens and they just keep coming up with excuses instead of excepting they have stuffed up and just fix the problem they created they then argue with me trying to say that I miss heard what they said weeks ago still can’t explain why they didn’t just ask for a final payslip either and refuses to wipe the remaining $18 fee I owe. So if you wanna go somewhere who dosnt care about it’s customers, care so much about $18 and is to stick up to admit they are wrong and just fix a simple mistake to keep a customer, then go here worst tax place ever.

I had been trying to help my parents from another state as they were locked out due to covid and I felt everytime I contacted the office ... I got no response or real help.. I would call and they would advise to send an email and someone would call back ... that never happened .. I called again and the agent was not available .. it got to a point I had to ask someone to physically go into the office to find out what was going on... we received an email and the link was not working because they had the wrong phone number but even after correcting this it did not work and calling them for help did not solve the situation ... pretty disappointed with the communication ... when dealing with them face to face it was good but from phone or emails it is quite the opposite
