Travelled for first time with them yesterday. Hopefully, never again. Unimpressed. Seats are narrow, ramp to board is too steep for elderly passenger using walking frame, and no assistance offered from unhelpful, laconic driver (bus 564). My husband had to load our luggage and my walking frame himself, again no help offered from driver, even though we were ready 10 minutes before departure time.
