Always used to get servicing here but now will never do cause of rude staff.

Excellent professional service, comfortable waiting room with free wifi.

Took my car here 3 times to fix the same issue and its still not fixed. Absolute joke of a business.

Would you like to pay $569 to do a normal service? They charged me that much. And the only reason is labour fee. It's cost me $324. That's rediculous. And I asked I have to pick the car at 1:30pm. But they gave back to me around 2pm caused me late to work.

I had the worst experience of my life with kia today. I got an appointment after 1 month , and after inseption for 3 hours, my issue was not resolved, and I was charged for something that was not needed to change as they didn't understand so unfair. I went same day twice as my car issue was not resolved and everytime I was told that my issue was resolved so company wasted my 2 days and no solution and instead I was told to come after more than 1 month for again inspection as they couldn't figure out. I don't understand how this company can run in this country with this management and experts. The customer service and their team of mechanics are next to zero. My car issue is still not resolved, and I have to bear it now for more than 1 month as they don't have loan cars. My car is almost brand new and they don't have any knowledge to understand their own cars. Shame on kia.

Very reasonable car service centre. Happy to inspect all KIA warranty claims and get them sorted.

Selling my Kia due to their incompetenceMy car spent 2 weeks with a mechanic, who concluded it needed entirely new keys. I called Kia, Mile End to explain. The car wouldn’t turn off properly, all interiors electrics remained on despite the key being out and the engine off. The car is un-lockable and I’m chewing through batteries. They seemed to understand but couldn’t get me in for 6 weeks.6 weeks and a new battery later, I took the car into Kia for the night ($50 Uber home) the next morning I called to see if if was ready and told it was waiting for me. Another $50 Uber later I get there to be charged and given the same keys back. They had no idea what had been done, and after some time, I was finally told “we couldn’t do anything, because you need new keys, which we don’t have”.Do you didn’t order them 6 weeks ago when I told you I needed new keys?I took the car home 4 months ago without the new key.I’ve just called to see about the ordered keys and been told “there is a shipment bound for australia but we have no idea when it will arrive”.This is the ‘best’ Kia service centre in South Australia.Listing the car for sale the minute I get these keys, if I get these keys..
