I have been going to this studio over the last 7 years and have consistently had wonderful teachers who tailor the small group class for a personalised, safe and effective pilates session every time. Highly recommend.

Love Das Studio Pilates! I always look forward to my sessions here. Wonderful studio space, beautiful equipment and most importantly expert staff. I do one on one sessions with Christine who is excellent.

I did non reformer Pilates once through a physio, it was ok, but thanks to Helen, Kishor, Julia and Nira, I'm addicted to proper Pilates now, can't wait to see you guys when I get back in 2023, much love omid ☺️

Great little studio with a lovely vibe thanks to the owner, Helen. The groups of 3 people mean you always get a tailored session with great attention given to your body’s specific needs.Can highly recommend!
