Aneeta Window Systems

Been waiting for 4 days with daily reminder phone calls for them to even arrange a time to come out a repair one of their windows they installed. An entire pane has dropped so wind and rain has been gushing through for about a week. Seems like pretty poor customer service after sales.

We had a stiff window break its cord like another reviewer but they were out quickly and the phone person was really lovely. Another stiff window this week and again, great phone support.Edit: A third window with a broken wire. Only 2 years old in a new build. This time, after lodging a broken window with weather impending, no advice as to when they might be attending, 48 hrs later.Edit: Solution. Andre came out and rectified an installation issue on all windows. Both Andy and Andre are great guys. Narelle in the office kept me in the loop. Back to five stars.

Windows were installed without seals. And to get it fixed took months. The contractor who initially attended even had the nerve to inform me that he was going on leave and nothing would get done until he got back. Great customer service!And they even managed to damage the shutters when it was finally getting fixed. #FFS #WindowMuppets

They look good but to date have had constant problems with them leaking and damaging the timber floor boards. Installer has been out three times already. They don't do Rylock any favours (Aneeta supply Rylock with some window types.) I might write a better review if they don't leak again, but I am not confident!

Had to pay for my small job up front which I have never heard of in this field of business and I work in the building industry.Guy came out and measured up for the parts required. Installer comes 3 weeks later with the wrong parts as the person didn’t do his job right when he was on site !Leaves mud on my floor and tells me he will be back when they make the correct parts in around 2 weeks .Third week in and nothing! Emailed and no response! I phone and get told oh yes we will have the parts and can install next week .Communication is paramount in any business and this is a major fail at Aneeta windows !

Our ensuite bathroom has several sliding aluminium windows that were initially installed by Aneeda. Over time, they had become very awkward to slide & required the services of the company to render them fully useable once more. Aneeda sent Donny to undertake the exercise. Without doubt, he was the most personable & professional representative of any company that we have had dealings with. He was thorough & careful. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. Called to enquire about windows and receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, based on that experience would not bother with this company if that's their level of service.
