The Breakthrough Leadership program has been a real asset to me personally as a manager in the community services sector.I had a coordinator that struggled with communication and targeted staff development and leanings to his personally cultural norms rather than industry and sector best practice.In searching for a training program that would assist him, I tried larger training providers but came up short to my expectations and the training was not tailored to my staff’s individual needs.Some vital lessons were explored, challenged and practised over several days, challenging my staff member to think differently. The coaching and training provided by Creating Breakthroughs was a fantastic opportunity for me to develop my leadership skills.
