If you are looking at solar please consider Ideal solar for the following reasons. The moment I contacted Ideal solar I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable about their products / brands they sell and endorse. This is a company you can trust who stand behind what they promise in particular their Power bill guarantee.Our system was installed in November 2022 they were prompt and the install was completed in a very professional manner. Unfortunately when our bill arrived months later is was disappointing to see what was promised the system didn’t deliver. After expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction to Ideal solar to have this rectified, I was told you have the Power bill guarantee in place so you have nothing to worry about. Andrew the owner personally called and set up an on-site appointment with us to discuss where things went wrong and honour what they promised moving forward. I can honestly say our system has been altered to achieve what was promised at NO EXTRA COST. Please don’t look at this as a negative, I am simply saying there is companies like Ideal solar who stand behind what they say they do, so as a consumer or potential consumer forget all the confusion with cheaper alternatives advertising on tv deal with a company you can trust and who value their customers. And no I don’t work for or have any interest in Ideal solar.One truly happy customer whom I will happily recommend to others.ThanksCraig J

Couldn't recommend Ideal Solar highly enough.With massive monthly bills, Ideal Solar first put independent monitoring on our whole site to obtain a comprehensive report of what we use in power at different times of the day to review our peak usage, and identify what was our main areas of concern.They then gave a detailed list suggestions, not only around Solar, but a complete package to reduce our Peak demand down between 5pm and 10pm which is when we used most of the power.The install team were professional, with no impact to our business operations, huge thanks to Andy, Paul and Jono for a great job. Nothing was ever too hard for them.We have started saving over $2000 a month even after our repayments.To further illustrate just how professional these guys are, in comparison to four other groups (who just made recommendations without any research and just focused on price), ideal Solar made two site visits, completed a comprehensive design and arranged finance.As a result we have installed the commercial project and our private home. Incredible this came with a Power Saving Guarantee.Outstanding.

Can’t follow simple instructions.I find it difficult to use a mobile for a number of reasons and asked not to be called but to communicate via email. However Deborah still choose to ignor my simple request on numerous occasions.Any business that doesn’t listen to their customers simplest of requests is not a business I wish to give my hard earned money to especially as other companies were able to accommodate my request.

Had panels installed late Oct 2022. Having dealings with Rob & Rachel. The service and communication has been outstanding. The installation guys were professional, communicated with me all the way. The quality of their work was professional and fantastic.I can highly recommend Ideal Solar!Well done and keep up the good work!!

thanks to Ashleigh Dawson for visiting us and explaining Solar to my husband and myself, he was very thorough explaining it all to us and even helped us with chasing down the appropriate finance and discussed with head office & he managed to get the deal signed and delivered, so now its been nearly a week - we had our system installed today by Scott & his team and they were very punctual, polite, hard working in the heat of the day and managed to have everything installed and up and running in 5 1/2 hrs, shown & connected me to the app and run through the safety areas of the inverters. I am so so thankful for a fantastic job well done, now to save some money in the coming months- 10/10 for Ideal Solar thanks again, Resident @ Sinnamon Park Qld

Service and care to specific needs of the household were second to none. Many benefits having this system installed include, cost cutting electricity bills, valuation to the home, ongoing support, brilliant warranties, quality products and doing our bit for the environment. Thank you, Ideal Solar, especially Rob Vernon who took great care in the whole process. A great team to be partnered up with.

From the start of the process to the end was very friendly and professional. We enquired when ideal was set up at the local markets. We were impressed and set a date for Rob to visit our home. At the start when visited by Rob everything was explained thoroughly, even though we are not very tech savvy. All the paperwork was attended to by ideal. Installers arrived promptly at 8 on the date we selected. Very professional and friendly. At the end everything was explained to us and helped bring up the app on our phone which was extremely helpful. If we have any problems they are only a phone call away. Very happy so far.

Highly recommend Warren, Rob and the guys at iDeal solar.
