7-Eleven Strathfield South

This 7/11 it’s huge one. Has multiple of pumps and hoses. And also has multiple car park. And air machine also. Customer service are really nice. The serve coffee snacks and drinks. Also there is machine carwash where you set in the car and wash it at the same time. I don’t recommend this one as sometimes causes scratches to the car buddy. Also one tiny thing the pumps there stops sometimes when you putting the fuel other than that all good

The service is so BAD I wish I could give you guys a ZERO!!! The cash register on shift at 6am Friday (2nd September) was very rude and disrespectful! He thought that I was not going to pay for my petrol, but I only turned on my engine to check the navigation for my next destination. At the same time, my nephew went into the store to pay on my behalf. He rudely misinterpreted the situation and after he realized he was in the wrong, he ran away instead of apologizing. He should have had the decency to at least say sorry for his mistake. While he was lecturing me about not paying" he was swearing at me and was extremely rude. I hope management does something about this behavior."

Car wash is terrible because they don’t have a dryer, and the wash itself really isn’t that spectacular. Please get this fixed soon, as it’s not fair to charge the full amount if you’re going to leave it broken.The fuel here is generally quite cheap, though recently it has been spiking. Hope you can accept Velocity or Qantas FF points in the future!

Worst customer service ever At 7/11 on Strathfield south, i came to buy smokes and the guy literally throw the packet in front me rather than handing over. So disappointment. It happened at 6:40pm on Friday 8-3-19

rude staff.Do not have manners how to talk with their customers.In the morning times 3-5 am if you are filling fuel then mostwellcome.If getting coffee they wil say you can not read the sign store is closed,staff should learn some manners.they should change their behaviour.

All lights on with a hand written note on the door saying he is closed. If closed turn all lights off so ppl don't waste their time. Loser of an attendant.

One time they only had pulp free orange juice

Olivia didn't let me use the bathroom as it was not open for 'public'. 8 month pregnant lady who begging for an emergency use didn't change the fact that it was closed to public. Will never buy petrol from these guys. It was inhumane as it was an emergency and anyone else would do the opposite. Very disappointed!

Dreadful carwash do not waste your money. I wish I had seen the reviews before I wasted $12. I asked for the top level wash and the man behind the counter failed to say the dryer wasn’t working. Left with a car covered in water. If he had the decency to warn me re the lack of a dryer I would not have used the car wash as the car now looks no better than before I paid $12.
