Kalora Wood Heaters

Warmth with style, I enjoy winter now!

Kalora knowingly send out faulty products & then make their customers jump through hoops to try & get them fixed. We had a unit installed & it broke down after 3 hours. That was 3 months ago & we're still chasing them trying to get it fixed. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would highly recommend finding another supplier rather than buy a Kalora unit.Edit:So we’ve sent at least 2 emails to Kalora since I left this review & still get ignored. I honestly can’t believe how terribly you treat customers when the issue revolves around sending out products you know how faulty issues. I guess the next step is contacting VCAT

Fantastic heater. I have the small one. It's so efficient. Hardly burns any wood ,puts out a lot of heat. It's the most efficient wood heater I've ever come across. Highly recommended

It would be most helpful if the company actually knew anything about its own product. I keep getting pushed off to someone else who has nothing to do with the company what so ever. I guess I am not talking with the horses mouth then.
