I got my daughter a go bucket today 16/04/23 @1455hrs.The food was not the issue. It was the service. I'm not sure if the team member(the older lady) had a bad day but she definitely didn't seem like she enjoyed her job today. The way she was yelling out numbers quite rude. I'm sure the cafe there could vouch for the attitude coming from her. She also ignored the line and didn't seem interested in serving. I can understand being busy could be overwhelming but I'm sure it's common sense that if she doesn't like it in the front end, maybe she could work out the back. Maybe the manager or area manager needs to come in as a customer and observe.

This KFC certainly gets mixed reviews however, our experience was positive, fairly quick service, hot freshly prepared chicken which was not greasy like at some KFC stores, hot fresh chips, potato gravy could do with more flavour but, based on this visit, we would go there again.

Disgusting service from this KFC worker her name is Mel has absolutely no customer service skills saying things under breath right in front of us and getting irritated while ordering food. She's clearly too old to be working in a customer service skill based fast food shop. Worst KFC I have ever been too
