Rum balls goes exceptionally well with coffee and the prices they have are pretty good. But when I went and asked for it people in there responded as if they they have no RBs left. I really did know for sometime what to say. Somehow I had to to rephrase it. Anyways I might drop by to get some more RBs if I come towards that place. Thanks to Popular Nightscape Photographer Richard Tatti for introducing it to us.

I got there at 2:45 on a Sunday, I ask what pies were left, there was 2 bushy pies and ask what was in them, the young girl was polite but the other lady was rude and said it's on the board!!!! Also ask if I can get a takeaway coffee and the same lady said no it's turned off, this was at 2:50 befor they closed, she was in a mood and was telling another lady how bad her day was!!!! Omg we all have bad days. Don't think I'll be going in there again. Cheers

Don't know what the negative reviews are about. We've been here 2 days in a row and had nothing but good service.They have a huge selection of pies and sweets. I gave the bee sting a try from all the feedback here. Worth giving it a try. I shared it 3 ways and it was plenty sweet enough.This place will make you have eyes bigger than your stomach and you'll want one of everything it looks so good lol

What a great little bakery/eatery with country charm 1.5 hours out of Melbourne on the outskirts of Bendigo. Very clean and open set-up and the girls are very professional and customer service orientated, whilst the lads are out back baking up a storm of fresh bread options. Great bakery selections of sweet and savoury and the girls are happy to make a fresh roll or wrap of your choosing. If your a coffee connoisseur this is the drive slightly out of Bendigo worth taking. Thank you for a great lunch, coffee and dinner.

Stopped in for breakfast on our road trip. Very friendly staff. Nice options for breakfast. Breakfast roll. Bacon egg burger and croissant were good. Coffee to go.

A friendly local cafe with a large range of pies, quiches and pastries. I had a lovely beef and mushroom pie, an amazing apple turnover and a great jam donut. Everything was fresh and tasty and the apple turnover was particularly good, stuffed full of apple and cream and dusted with icing sugar. Yum.

Great food but I have found some of the staff to be unfriendly, especially when ordering from the sandwich bar. Perhaps consider having one person work on the salad bar. It works well at other bakeries. Or if it is a hassle to make a sandwich don't offer it at all.I appreciate working with the community can be tiring but that does not excuse a sour face with minimal conversation. A smile goes a long way.Unfortunately this has been my experience on several occasions. This is my local bakery and I would prefer to spend local but will go elsewhere.
