As a small business owner myself, I've actually never written a negative review, believing that any crossed wires or misfires can usually be figured out with a friendly, frank chat. However I do have to share my frustrating experience here, in the hope that it saves someone else burning through tears, time & money. First up was a remodel gone wrong - the owner Simon Trotter blamed an apprentice for forgetting to install an entire shower pipe underneath the house (alarmed tenants later discovered the error and expensive water wastage). After accepting Simon's apology, I later booked him for another job, to fix faulty gas burners on a stove (that they originally installed at the same house). But then Simon went off air. After several follow up emails and phone calls went unreturned, his office staff Sue and Gunn now say “we're too busy. Ah right
