We purchased a property in upper Burnie last year,, so this is my after purchase review. We’ve had some major problems with this property since our purchase. One was that the entire under house storage was open, so a nice little dense soil smell when walking through the front door. “The whole house is unlevelled”, hence the reason why there were no pics of that. No pics of the internal stairs. And now when it’s time update the kitchen, we’ve got the dilemma of being $50k+ out of pocket. This is not a testament of telling a prospective buyer, that something major is wrong with this house, and right in the middle of a pandemic.
