Ripped off ... AGAIN!!! Simple reading of a packing slip and counting how many pieces are needed but this business can NEVER get it right. Had to go back for the Coleslaw but was still short a piece of chicken when we got home. AND this is NOT the 1st time this has happened.

Am very disappointed with the service I received tonight. I ordered $100 worth of food and was missing at least half of it. Fair enough, I totally understand as it was a big order. So I went back up and asked to receive what I was missing, however it took about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I understood because it was busy. Eventually, one of the crew on attended to me and happily started grabbing what I was missing. However, someone from drive thru had taken my fries and I was then told ‘sorry you will have to wait longer as we have to do drive thru first’. There was a serious lack of leadership from the manager that was on tonight.

We ordered 2 x 3pcs meals with hot and spicy chicken, quick service and the chicken was very nice. My question is why can't KFC cook their normal chicken the same as the Hot and Spicy chicken, normally the original chicken is horrible so greasy and fat dripping of it as you eat, the hot and spicy is beautiful and crunchy., such a delight to eat.

Disappointed with our lunch trip to this outlet. Firstly, paid for upsize of drinks, to be told they they had only warm bottles of one choice. We said that this was not satisfactory, no offer to refund the difference to a small drink or to adjust the order. We then got to eating the food to find one of the chips serves was little other than the dregs and chunks of salt from the chip tray. Most of this was inedible. Won’t be returning here any time soon.

Extremely rude young attended, she argued with me cause I hadn't placed order at the speaker, as I could hear her. I was very polite but felt dissapointed with her rudeness.

Great staff, great service. The food may become out wrong if it's busy, but they will happily fix any problems. Amazing manager.

Kfc Yeppoon is always staffed by friendly staff members. I just wish they would cook their chips for a little longer. This seems to be a problem at numerous KFCs so I won’t put it down to them! Hopefully QLD gets hot and spicy boneless soon!Order on the app for a quick pickup and takeaway.

needs a change of management that will actually hire people willing to do the job properly.I would only eat there and ask for fresh chicken trust me I worked there
