KCR Pet Transport has been phenomenal to work with! Christina in particular has gone above & beyond to help get our 8 week old furbaby, April (English cocker spaniel) from Townsville > Brisbane overnight > Darwin. Christina went out of her way to pick up April, clean her up after a ‘poop-cident’ in her air crate, wash & dry her blankie, supply April with food to suit her diet, give her lots of love & cuddles, and drop off for her final flight to Darwin. Talk about amazing service! Best part is how responsive and friendly Christina is. I also received amazing photo updates along the way to give me peace of mind that April was safe. Thank you KCR Pet Transport! Highly recommend you to everyone! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

KCR Pet Transport couldn't be more deserving of a 5 star review.They have exceptional staff who are respond to emails in a timely and helpful manner, genuinely care about the dogs and all in all provide an excellent service.I'll be recommending them to anyone that needs to be transporting their pets!

Seriously fabulous service. Clare goes above and beyond with every booking. When I needed a dog transported same day, Clare sorted everything with ease. KCR are also very reasonably priced.

We used KCR Pet Transport for the final leg of our dog's journey from London to Brisbane. After ten days of quarantine in Melbourne, Clare Richards and her team collected Ducky and flew him up to Brisbane for us. Ducky arrived happy and hydrated, he was very calm. Communication with Clare was superb from the get go, and her reassurance was very welcome. Would highly recommend KCR to anyone looking to fly their pets in Aus.Thanks Clare : )

Clare arranged the transportation for my little Yorkie from Mickleham PEQ to Sydney. The whole process was seamless and it was lovely to see a photo of my pup which she had sent before he boarded the plane. Clare was so responsive to all my questions and was not pushy in sales. I highly recommend KCR Pet Transport .
