This place is very poor customer service. The bubble tea is take forever to come out. The gave me wrong order but I didn’t hear any “SORRY” from them. NOT recommended at all. Please don’t come. This service will ruin your day!

The drinks take forever to come out. I would understand if they work properly but NO. The girls here are to decorate the shop or something, they dont do work properly. Every time I come the line is always huge… and only 1 girl makes the drinks, the rest are just standing around, talking, they even play on their phone??:D?? Order 1 drink and wait 30 minutes… not worth it.

Every time I go here my order is always wrong and the customer service is terrible. Waited 10 minutes in the pick up section for my order that was sitting on the bench the whole time and not one of the 7 employees on acknowledged me and then when I got my order I had to wait another 10 minutes in the line because they made it incorrectly only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do because they were out of pearls and not attempt to ask me if I wanted another topping or a discount or anything. In the end I just left because I couldn’t be bothered, ruined my day.They also have really poor hygiene standards, saw multiple employees touching their hair and face and not washing their hands before they made customers drinks.Normally I wouldn’t leave reviews like this because I work in customer service myself and understand that we all have bad days but my order is constantly wrong and the customer service is constantly terrible whenever I visit this store and it seriously needs to be addressed.

Felt a bit like the staff were annoyed to make my drink. It was 5:00pm and I checked before placing an order that the closing time was 5:30pm. On a Monday, rushed to finish at my work and got there about 5:08pm (worked in the centre that day) and the girl that was making it seemed really annoyed, slamming lids shut and being a little rude. All fine if I was late to order but it stated closing time was 5:30pm so I didn’t think it was going to be an issue. Usually love this store, just felt a bit awkward this time.

This Chatime spot is pretty good, though it can be hit and miss. Sometimes they run out of tapioca pearls 1-2 hours before closing which is annoying, since it's one of the most important ingredients?Staff is usually friendly.It's always busy but they work hard and the drink doesn't take a long time to come out. They rarely make mistakes and are always happy to remake the drink if they do make a mistake.One thing I'd appreciate is if the staff would automatically apply the discount for bringing my reusable cup, so I don't always have to ask for it.

Love Cha time Marion, but haven’t been ordering recently due to the app saying Marion is not taking orders. It’s been like this for weeks and I loved the convenience of ordering through the app! Hope this gets fixed soon :(
