Highly recommend this store to all who want to rent a bike and to have a ride on the Encounter Bikeway around Victor Harbor. The staff was friendly and the rental price was fair. Wonderful experience to me! :)

Great service here - Shirley is a straight talker and will genuinely try to match you with the right stuff (ie she'll let you know pros and cons of everything, not just sales pitch) - Spence takes great care in what he does and explaining things to you. Can't go wrong.

Owners are sour and have a bad attitude. Bought a basket for my bike explaining I wasn't sure it would fit. It didn't. Took it back the following day but owners made a big deal out of giving me a refund!
