Reluctant to go to Coffee Club franchises. This place was 5 stars. Convenience of skipping the queue and ordering online at a table.Best hazelnut hot choc I have tried so far in Aussie.Amazing chicken and feta salad.Plenty of seating.Great way to start the day, highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast of latte and Flatbread fill with chicken Camembert and bacon served with a nice salad. Coffee was great and the food yum. 2 latte and 2 flatbread cost $42.50.Recommend. Up to usual coffee club standard.

The service was great and fast and our waiter Jordan was so lovely. When the coffee machine had an issue he was so kind and helpful in resolving the issue, he went around to every table and told them what was going on and offered refunds if the people at the table felt they needed one. He brought out our food and drinks and had a great attitude the whole time. We don’t know how much you’re paying him but we definitely think he deserves a raise :)Thank you, we will definitely be coming back!!

Lovely meal here. Very impressed with the young man working there. His name was Jordan. Great service, very efficient. All the staff were excellent.

Today we visited the coffee club and was met with a very pleasing and competent young man with curly short hair. He was very pleasant and quick and made us feel so welcome…. oh yeah, the food was good too:)

Nice place to stop on the shopping spree.Range of options, hot and cold food and drinks on offer.Can order to go or to your table. You can order on the app, at the counter or on the QR code.Rather basic but always rather busy.Staff are extremely friendly, despite always being busy. Great to have such friendly faces.

Everything was great except the bacon , it needs to be cooked a bit more , it looks raw and isn't pleasant to eat , maybe it's just me but I don't like eating bacon that looks rawService was fast and okay , doesn't hurt to smile and ask how people's meals are :)

This review is for the cashier who took the order. This was about 11am today. After waiting for 5 minutes in line i found out why. The inability to adapt to the customers way of ordering and constant reliance on paraphrasing the menu and confusing order requests were the reason for delays. The service and speed of food weren't the reason. The poor old lady ahead of me asked if she could have a toasted sandwhich which got confused and turned into a 3 minute order. At one point ham,cheese and tomato on toast got questioned as do you want ham cheese and tomato on the side or on the toast? Poor old lady was made to feel stupid. Anyway i started by ordering scrambled eggs on toast and was hastily paraphrased with so you want eggs on toast that are scrambled? I said yes, Scrambled Eggs on White Toast. I then asked for a 2nd plate of Scrambled Eggs on Cibiatta with additional tomato relish. Again she said so you want eggs on toast. What toast? I repeated order again. I then said look, i will order each plate( there were 3 of us) in order and it should be clear what im asking for.The issue was there was such direct urgency but it was slowing down the process and she was confusing people. It seemed she must of assumed that everyone should order from menu as its written.Didnt expect this from a mature lady of similar age to me.The food was nice but the requests i made on my plate were ignored.Most people in service at a cafe will respond with thats a good choice"

As always, we enjoy the Lactose-free coffee, it is very good. This time I thought I would indulge in a Blueberry Muffin". How utterly disappointing it was. It was like a vanilla flavoured sponge cake in the shape of a muffin with two blueberries on the top
