I have waited 6 weeks for my oven to be fixed. Endeavour cancelled one appointment because the part was not in so I waited for this second appointment which was today. The technician came with the part but couldn’t fix it as apparently unbeknownst to us the part was not approved by the insurance to Endeavour. I question why they made the appointment when they knew it wasn’t approved? Now I still have a broken oven with no further time or date to fix it!! Still waiting. Wow what bad, unorganised service. I don’t want to hear another word about your procedures are ! Just do your job and fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In 2021 endeavour fixed and replaced our Omega oven.The fixing process was a bit drawn out sure to mismatched schedules, availability of parts.Once it was time to replace, the prices was very very simple.They have kept my details on file until now in 2023.

Endeavour is frustrating to deal with for warranty jobsThey came out for Bosh dishwasher error. It was going to take 14+ days the repairman attend the job.I called the dishwasher place of purchase, they got me a more timely appointment.The same error code returned this morning, I gave my warranty customer service a call (at their request).The warranty team took care of what they needed to do and they transferred me to book an appointment with Endeavour.The job request turned up a few moments later and we booked the rep from Endeavour that said the earliest appointment is 18 to 20 days . Because the Technician is on leave. So they don't have any other technicians to pick up the work when someone is away?Endeavour are full of excuses,They need to manage appointments better, this is unacceptable and disappointing.

Excellent Service - able to assess, provide parts and repair an extensive range of brands of White Goods in my home. The benefits are many given it's a one stop shop with the addition of excellent staff!

I recently placed an order for a complete window hose/vent pipe for a portable A/C. I made a call explaining to the staff what I actually wanted.The staff was quick to give me a quote of $110 including delivery.However, when the item was sent, it was practically useless to me as they sent only a pipe which dosen't even stick to the back, without the rest of the window system. I called them they said the staff who made the booking was not in office. Even when I left a review, they said a staff will call me the ffg week. 3weeks after no one has called.

Excellent overall experience. Matthew was polite, knowledgable and had my machine fixed quickly at very reasonable cost. Highly recommend their services.

Service was good. The customer call centre was friendly and the guy that came out was fast, on time and friendly. No one else wanted to touch our fridge because it was a Samsung, only these guys. Happy to use them again.
