We have decided to move our family from this practice after price gouging, $125 fee for a simple script renewal & a medical certificate without even a face to face consult when told it would be bulk billed when making the appt. They used to bulk bill for simple things but no longer. Really rude and unhelpful reception staff. Poor customer experience. Lost their way.

Dr Debbie Hill is fantastic, a really great doctor, the two star rating is for the incredibly rude reception staff and the excessive wait times (up to 45 minutes-1 hour) for your appointment - even if you schedule early in the morning to try avoid it.

Excellent and amazing care. Approx 40 years with. Dr. Greg and now being wonderfully looked after by. Dr. RosDeborah on reception is so efficient and kind in all her workHow lucky. I am to be a patient in this practice

Dr Lieb is such a warm, caring, wonderful and thorough Dr, she’s been looking after the family for years. The Drs at this practice are all very good. Deb on reception has always been very helpful and polite.

Agree with previous comment re Dr Hill. Wish I had read the review before seeing her. She waffled on for 5 -10min.I spoke to get about a couple of things which I was happy with… But I had other questions to ask her but she said she didn’t have time as others were waiting. She charged $190 for 30 min! I asked at the front desk how long that charge was meant to be for. She said from 20-45 min. So I had paid for more time but wasn’t allowed it! The reception staff are great and my regular dr is excellent …but I’m not telling as she’s booked out for weeks!

The reception girls are very efficient and do the best they can. They are always smiling and provide very good service. Much better than other places i've seen. These ladies deserve a medal !! It's unacceptable of the patients to treat them poorly as i have noticed a few times while waiting. The doctors here are fantastic and thorough.

Dr Roslyn Stephens is the loveliest doctor i have ever met who has provided medical care to look after myself and my daughter. I am 49 years old so I don't say this lightly.Dr Ros has been my both my 10 year old daughter and my doctor since my daughter was 6 weeks old. I can honestly say that Dr ros has gone above and beyond to look after my daughter and also myself. I would find it impossible to see another doctor to entrust with my medical history. The only times we have seen another doctor have been when she has had no free appointments and only for minor ailments likes colds or flu. However, i would never have faith in another doctor to give my daughter and myself the same care that Dr ros gives us. If I could nominate Dr ros for Australian of the year...I would. Price gouging at it’s finest at this practice. Before I went in I heard a woman complain about being charged $175 because the was in for a “long consul station” which she said didn’t need to be that long because Dr Hill was talking for far too long unnecessarily. I went in for a simple consultation to get some tests done, similar story, Dr Hill spent far too long talking and charged me $100 then told me if I wanted my results rather than a simple phone call I had to book on another consultation and likely pay another $40-$100. $140-$200 all up for a simple blood test is outrageous. Would not be recommending Dr Hill unless you’d like to be ripped off.

I agree with previous comments regarding Dr Debbie Hill. Every consultation turned out to be a long consultation which was not justified in at least a couple of consults. During one consultation, Dr Hill was scrolling through internet pages citing comments (and making dismissive comments about naturopathic approaches) which I did not feel was a useful spend of my consultation time.I appreciate that Dr Hill was wanting to rule out anything sinister in my blood results. However, made early pre-cancer comments/statements which I personally found highly unsettling. Instead, I would have preferred to be referred to a specialist rather than jumping to pre-mature conclusions. After weeks of feeling unsettled, these turned out to be inaccurate. Given the above, I am won't be going back.

The receptionists are always in terrible mood. They probably hate their jobs and wants us to feel like we are asking to them a favor. They are not helpful at all, they don’t even know how to ask in a gentle way to us to put on a mask. They also, create a big deal if you don’t know the name of your doctor and hate if you ask to them questions.. Btw, the doctors are excellent and that’s why I keep coming back.
