When our son was in grade three - his teacher noticed a lack of confidence in some of his classroom participation and suggested tuition, not to just increase his academic standard, so much as boost his confidence in taking part in classroom activities.We enrolled our son at NumberWorks'nWords in tutoring for maths and our daughter in english and the change in the approach from both to classroom engagement was almost immediate.Over the past three years they have switched between the two subjects and throughout the journey the teachers have been engaged and they have been able to work more specifically on the areas they are needing help.Michelle is an amazing communicator and provides regular updates on their progress.It can be a big decision to commit to tutoring - however, it was an easy decision for us to make and it has proven to be the perfect compliment to their schooling.Thank you!

My son has been attending for a few terms now. I didn't think he would like it(to be honest) but after the first trial session, he asked if he could go a couple of times a week. They make learning fun for students and he loves attending on a weekly basis. His math skills have gone up and he's more confident within himself. Thank you to Michelle and her team who always keep me informed about my sons levels and make it so much fun!

Honestly, the improvement in the boys approach to schoolwork and understanding of requirements is astonishing.Odin had English Homework due this morning and he told us yesterday that he didn't just write TEAL he wrote TEEEEEAL cause he wanted to give detail and reasoning.To say our jaws dropped was an understatement. Is this the same kidb that would give single sentence answers???Thankyou for everything.I hope to bring them back someday, or even Sabina...she's so jealous that the boys get to go to NWW!

We went to get some extra help for my daughter before she sat high school entrance exams. Michelle identified Evie's needs very quickly through her testing program, and was able to provide highly tailored tutoring. Oh, and the kids love it! - would happily recommend.
