Fantastic guesthouse! Perfect location, friendly staff, super clean and quiet. Gorgeous sunrise from the verandah. Comfy bed, cosy room, multiple shared bathrooms so there's always one available. Well-equipped community kitchen. Infra-red sauna (only $20!) and stretching area. We are already planning our next stay.

Absolutely love this place. The energy is so calm and collective. The space itself is clean, peaceful, calm and laid back. It’s kid friendly which we love. We stayed here with our two kids under 4, which was great, there are little kiddie toys and books for them to play with, all fenced in property which I felt very at ease with. Just one street behind the Main Street. All the staff were lovely and very engaging. Highly recommend. Also, so so so well priced!

Old school guesthouse - if you like this style (and we do) - you'd love it. Brilliant view from the terrace, nice common areas in which you meet lovely travelers. The kitchen is well equipped as well. WIFI was among the best we had in Australia.The family rooms are small but for us it wasn't that important - we loved staying here and recommend it for sure.

The Belfry was an excellent stay! Super clean, Rowan is friendly and always available and the location is great. Walking distance to all amenities. I'll be back!

This was my third stay at the Belfry & it just keeps getting better!! Such a gorgeous, homely place nestled by the river in the beating heart of Bello. Fantastic decor/spaces to chill and watch the wildlife/world go by, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, extra doonas if cold, well equipped kitchen, super friendly staff. Optional yoga classes in the studio below. Lots of environmentally friendly/sustainable touches. Thank you team!

We booked the Belfry to host friends and family for a big birthday weekend. Rowan and the team were extremely helpful with all the moving parts leading into such an event - where to put people, managing special needs etc - as well as pointing us in the right direction for catering, dining out, and other activities in the area. The yoga zone and morning sessions were a hit, and all the special porches, patios, and lounges the Guesthouse offers make for a great time for small or large groups. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place. Fabulous atmosphere and helpful staff. However a small glitch in that we were there in the school holidays. Children, it transpires, can close the same door three times in 10 seconds. Add about 8 Children (getting up from around 5.30am) five doors, and wooden floors (and people wheeling their suitcases from 6am) it becomes a very very very noisy piece of heaven. Would I stay there again. YES!!!! Would I bring earplugs next time? Yes!!!

Very pleasant stay at The Belfry. Lovely communal kitchen and area on the deck. Really close to the main street. Our room was a little noisy with people yelling in the laneway but it was a busy Friday night at the pub nearby.
