Great place to grab a treat. The cookie and cream, coffee our favourites. Tried a make up take home pint tonight. Great staff and friendly. Will be back when the weather gets better. Can get busy.

I experienced amazing customer service on Sunday after dinner when I went for ice-cream from the two girls working. The cakes also look amazing! Looking forward to trying one out next time!!

My friends and I bought ice creams last Sunday at this place but the girls who were working on that night ( around 8:30pm) had the worst cusyomer serivce because they didn't smile at us and didn't wish us a good night.

The flavor Chunky Monkey alone is more than enough for 50 stars! So good! Super friendly staffs too (sorry, didn't ask for your names). I was helped by a male staff (tyvm for the water!) and a female staff (have fun in Bali!).

Tried half baked, which was recommended by a staff, and salted caramel, chosen by myself. Definitely love half baked, but salted caramel was way sweeter than expected. Among two staff members there, the one who recommended half baked (sadly I didn’t catch her name) is super sweet and friendly. However, the other staff acted impatiently and she was not nice enough. Will absolutely come back for half baked <3

When in St Kilda and my kids get to chose a treat they choose ice cream from Ben and Jerry’s!!! They have so many delicious flavour combinations that appeal to all of us. We usually order our treats take away and eat at the front of Luna Park! What a view.
