Our 20is year old electric hot water system, decided it had had enough. We contacted Solargain and within 1 1/2 days a new iStore energy efficient unit was installed. The entire crew are absolutely fantastic and cannot speak highly enough of them. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, kept us informed and sorted out the Govt rebates. The entire process was effortless thanks to them. The installers did a great job, neat efficient and cleaned up the mess. Wouldn't trust anyone else and will not go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend them and their product. They should be proud of the high level of customer service they provide. It's not often these days you see this level of commitment and pride.
