Jenny & Gerry's Bridal Centre

Customer Service at this place is disgusting. Staff can’t even manage a ‘hello’. There are many more bridal places in Adelaide worth visiting with beautiful dresses, and staff that will make a bride feel special, don’t waste your time at Jen and Gerry’s.

Andrea, Denis and the team were amazing to deal with. Residing in the USA made trying to hire suits for our wedding not so easy. But they worked with my sister to do a video linkup so that we could talk to the staff and view the different suit options. The staff were very responsive to emails and responded very quickly. They were able to use suit fitting sizes from three different countries to get all the suits together and with the wedding party arriving in the country at different times right before the wedding, they were able to get the suit fittings and alterations done in time and the results looked fantastic. They made the whole experience very relaxed and easy, and very little stress. I cant thank them enough for how they made myself, my groomsmen, my Paige boys, and my wife's brothers all look on the day. I cant recommend them enough.

From my first appointment to my last, Jenny and Gerrys Bridal Centre were amazing and so helpful! I managed to find my dream Wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses in their wide selection of choices. They were so welcoming and always more than happy to accommodate requests.Highly recommend.

I travelled from Mildura, and I was overly nervous and didn’t know what I was after and went in open minded, Santina was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable in every way possible! She made the experience so much easier for me being plus size it isn’t easy getting undressed but I didn’t feel judged one bit!! Thank you so much Santina and Jenny, I can’t wait to come back for my fittings!! And they have amazing prices!! Absolutely smitten with my wedding dress it’s absolutely gorgeous!! Definitely will be recommending them to any plus size bride who doesn’t have self confidence like myself!! :)

Sally was fantastic for my bridesmaids appointment. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the dresses. She listened to what I liked and disliked about each dress and was always able to suggest something else based on what my response was. Would definitely recommend seeing her :)
