Ausribe always does a good job for me , I would recommend Austribe to anyone looking for weekly cleaning and maintenance.

Horrible - Avoid!Had nothing but problems with Austribe. Cleaners repeatedly never turned up, often hours late, the office not answering or returning calls and generally terrible customer service. They would regularly make up excuses like a scheduling error" or simply couldn't give an answer why the cleaners didn't arrive. You would think when spending over $1k a month they would at least return a call. Very disappointed."

Austribe recently did my mums vacate.She highly recommends them, they are efficient, friendly and they did a great job. She will recommend them to everyone.

Austribe did an amazing job doing a vacate clean for me. The house is spotless. They even got some stubborn stains out of the carpet that I thought would be there for good. They are miracle workers. They are also very friendly and accomadating to what you need. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommended them to anyone wanting a top quality clean.

Unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. I can't comment on the quality of the service because we couldn't get anyone to actually deliver it. Our booking was changed 3 times, then the contractor did not show for the final confirmed time - after waiting almost an hour I called to find out where the cleaner was only to be told they had equipment issues so the appointment would need to be rescheduled - again. We had to make specific arrangements to meet with the cleaner who didn't show or contact us to let us know of any issues. The staff who answer the phones are very polite and professional and were apologetic but I would not consider using this service.based on this very disappointing experience.
