Good, well-maintained storage facilities with a wide choice of sizes and prices to suit any need or budget. The owners are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and access hours are convenient (5am-9pm). I do wish it were 24 hour access, but I understand since the family owners live on-site they need a few hours of peace in the day!

Long story short: disappointed that I went to access my unit last night but found the elevator was out of service. Rang customer service and was told there was no other way to access the 2nd floor. “You should have gotten an email to let you know” they said. I’ve confirmed, they did not. It’s fine if the elevator breaks - but communicate!! If you arrived at an airport and the airline told you “the plane has been broken for hours and we just chose not to tell you. Too bad” you’d be pretty annoyed! I regret not going with Kennards now - they were wonderful.

Recently hired a storage shed in Mitchell on a short term basis.I can say that it was a really easy process to set up and move In.I have to say that Edward from the National Storage staff was really helpful, friendly and looked after us.Great staff and great service. Would recommend and use National Storage again.Edward is the man. Awesome sauce.

My 2 days off, couldn't get access.Arranged 24hour access but they turned off my access completely instead.At least they acknowledged it I guess

Somewhere I haven't been before and I needed to collect a parcel. I found the very professional staff and they stock for sale packaging and some other related products which I will keep in mind for the future

Whoever in Service that answered my first time call today clearly hates her job, has zero people skills and should consider a different career path. Rude from the get go, responded to my friendly enough statement of I just wanted to double check" with "yeah no kidding" and was just generally unpleasant to deal with. Do better

I was a pile of stress with a last minute move and the staff were so friendly and even offered to sort out the delivery of my click and collect order after we were concerned the boxes wouldn't fit in my car. In any case, I arrived stressed and left relieved and really appreciated the willingness to go the extra mile. Great customer service.

I had two unit for short storage I have to say the guys in the front office was very helpful the process can be very stressful moving homes and it was made so much easier my removal guys had all the equipment available to them to help with the job once again Thank youTania
