Used them once for dry cleaning a winter coat. If you drop it off by 10am, it's same day service (by 3pm). Very professional service, you get an SMS once your dry cleaning is ready for pickup. 24/7 pickup available. Parking is an issue in the area but if you drive around, you will eventually find something. Price was quite fair for a same day cleaning, and I am very happy with the results.

Nisha is always friendly and efficient, and I prefer to go instore, rather than use the machine, as it is nice to see her and have a chat!

Great prompt service. Pick up and drop off 24x7 is also very convenient. Nisha at the front counter is always polite and friendly.

Have been using this place for the last couple of months. Prices and quality are similar to most other places. There is convenient parking at the back of the ship. The service could be a lot better. They usually make you wait for a while as they shuffle around doing something inside.

I have been using their Quilt / Blanket cleaning services from past 2-3 years and their prices were $42 for Queen blanket and then prices increase to $45 & then $48 until September 2022. No issues with that as things are getting expensive.However on 4th Dec they charged us $52 for same blanket & service and says previous person was giving them wrong price etc....and this lady at the counter was not even apologetic & worst raised her voice to justify high price. Then later changed her reason as price increase. What a load of BS....and very rude service....not going back here again !! rubbish service. I'll rather use someone other dry cleaning business

We have been using Lawrence Dry Cleaners St Ives for a few years. We have always found the team to be friendly, helpful and the end result excellent. On Sunday we spent time with Mary when we took a number of items to be dry cleaned, including white washable lounge suite covers. Mary's customer service was above and beyond. She was helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute delight to deal with. Thank you Mary!

Appalling service. I am a long term customer. Ruined an $800 dress. No apology, and refused to even offer a refund of the cleaning cost.

Took my cotton quilt to be cleaned at the end of last summer. I put it awayas folded and packed from the cleaners. Today I put it on my bed to find pale yellow-brown crusty stains on it. There’s no way this was washed! I don’t know what exactly they did but it wasn’t cleaned. I rubbed it and cleaned it off a little by hand. So it isn’t a stain. I’m furious. Was about to take the winter-bedding for cleaning but I think I’ll try a different cleaner now. Never again Lawrence Cleaners St Ives.

I had really bad stain ( red wine ) on my dress. Tried going to so many dry cleaners but they didn't do any good job. I went here yesterday the girl working at front counter was so sweet and she did explain me it will be 50-50 but today when I received my dress the stain was totally gone. I am so thankful to them and going to recommend my friends. Thank you so much for your service Nisha.

Got my items back and they were damaged and unrepairable. Buttons broken, damage to the fabrics and not even completely clean. I will never use any Lawrence Dry Cleaners again. When I called to ask for a refund they didn’t bother to pick up the phone until I kept calling consistently and proceeded to be unhelpful and quite rude.
