The (shift) manager greeted me on my side of the front desk and gladly took my order but also pointed out that I can order using my phone. She found a free table for me then took my order, asking if I am a rewards member, then wished me a pleasant meal.

No manager. Bunch of young girls standing around. Tables not cleared for 15+ minutes. We had to ask where our food was and then one of the staff started cooking it, about fifteen minutes after we ordered. Then another five minutes later we were asked what basting we wanted as it didn’t go through with the order. Food and rubbish all over the place and on the floors. Chicken and basting on the kitchen floor also. Need to be inspected by WA Health Dept. Owner or senior needs to be there all the time.

The food is generally good except it takes too long! However the cleanliness is absolutely appalling. Never been to a restaurant where tables remain uncleared for 1 hour. Staff just walking by dirty tables without picking up the dishes. The clean" plates and cutlery are so greasy and don't look like they've been washed properly. Train your staff better!!"

service was appalling. They served us food that was cold, we waited for over an hour. And they didn’t have the decency to clear our tables and walked past multiple times without clearing the tables. So unprofessional! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

no cutlery at the cutlery station and when asked it took 15 minutes for them to find a fork. by then good is cold. sauces empty or on tables. dirty tables everywhere and server girls just standing around doing nothing. food takes 30 minutes to come out, floors absolutely disgusting. needs to be inspected by health department.

16/06: update to comment: 5 days later and still havn't received the refund. What a joke.Absolutely shocking! Made an order online website order #182 and was supposed to be ready at 8.29pm, I arrived at 8.38pm to collect and they didn't even know of the order because they weren't bothered to monitor their systems. I Couldn't wait and needed a refund, but can only do so online. What a waste of my time !! ⏲

Dirty!!! Staff don't seem to mind the messy store and tables. Was seated for 60+ min and tables were not cleared, chicken on floor for the whole time.Order arrived and chicken looked designated. Plus side they did redo the order.

They use to be good but the service has come down significantly. Last two times, they have not given what I ordered. Delivery is always delayed.

I went here with a big group for my birthday, we waited over an hour, they weren’t crazy busy they were just focused on pumping out pickup and delivery options. We were told after an hour they had run out of garlic bread and to pick an alternative, chose spicy rice and after another 10 minutes were told that has run out and to choose something else. All of my friends didn’t get the drinks we ordered because they had run out of everything. By the time the last person got their food which was incorrect, the first person was long finished. Won’t be coming here again

Terrible experience @ 4:45pm which should be a non-busy time, but I ordered and after asking 40 minutes after my order went through the staff said waiting on chips". My food sat on the counter for 5-10minutes getting cold
