We used Peter and his team to renovate our terrace house. Peter was amazing to work with and made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. Not only is the quality of work amazing but he also completed the project earlier than anticipated. I renovated my apartment and am very pleased that I chose Monument Projects to do the work. It took longer than expected but that was due to the problems with lockdown, in spite of which we managed to keep going!Peter was great to deal with and I felt he always had my back. After 30 years it was high time to have the 2 bathrooms in my investment unit renovated. I settled for Monument Projects when Peter Nakhla, project manager, offered to start as soon as we had selected tiles, cabinets, fittings etc. and estimated 3 weeks for the completion.The process from start to finish took 3 weeks and 2 days and was carried out very professionally, with:- availability of contact with Peter and foreman Mateo at all times- clear payment schedule-discussions/explanations of necessary and optional changes requiring confirmation.The actual renovation was carried out with care and consideration for the two residents who decided to remain staying in the unit, having had access to the sporting and bathroom facilities at the property.The end result is two beautiful modern bathrooms with flawless finishes, I can highly recommend Monument Projects.
