Eliana did a great job diagnosing our cat Chantilly and after applying the prescribed eye-drops for 3 days now, she is much butter already.

Greencross have a branded and capable Vet service in our experience. They had the fantastic Kate working there as a Locum Vet. She is not a permanent there however. Spacious and clean and kept hygiencally fresh as a reception area, the Caloundra service is someome you know will care as much as you do. The Kawana rooms has a very helpful and empathetic staff that we can recommend highly too.

The team at Greencross Caloundra are incredible. I’ve been bringing my two mini dachshunds to this clinic for about three years now, and the team has consistently provided a compassionately high standard of care. They are also very aware of how costly her treatment is and always explain upfront and try their best to keep costs down for us. We make numerous visits and are always treated like family. We have been doing our cats check up with Greencross vets Caloundra for the last 2 years and are very satisfied. Most recently, our cat was having urinary issues and they scheduled us in for a same day consultation. We were seen at the scheduled time, no delays. The vet doctor was very gentle and knowledgeable. Our cat needed an examination and urine test, all was done in a very timely manner and as smoothly as possible. Our cat was not overly stressed or overwhelmed. The diagnosis was clear and on point, medication was prescribed accordingly and clearly. We felt like our cat was in very good hands and being treated in the best way possible, leaving us calm and confident on the treatment plan. We also received a follow up text message to check in and see if our cat was doing well - lovely!

The team at Caloundra GreenCross are 5 star. So thorough and explain everything so you understand. They are very thoughtful and kind in their approach. The vet nurse Natasha, whom we've met on numerous occasions with our cat, is so lovely and most importantly,very knowledgeable. Thank you guys. Well done.
