My experience with services in regional NSW has left much to be desired. Car servicing has always been a problem, other smash repairs will always have delays. Today, I've been made to shut up. The service was nothing less that superb. Had a accident a while back and picked up my car today and it looked like it was a new car. The attention to detail, the post work cleaning and the frequent phone updates on how the repairs were going was just excellent. It's little wonder you're the gold class of smash repairs in Armidale.You've made my day.

Killens where amazing from the start to the end, they assisted in facilitating the insurance claim and organising a hire car, very good communication along the way letting me know where my car was up to and it was sparkly clean when I picked it up. It was such a nice surprise that it had been detailed in and out. Highly recommend!

My 5 year old Tesla model X was made new again. I'm almost glad a nice lady reversed into my car so I met the Killens team as they do all my tesla servicing now (3 or 4 visits)and it's gold class! Like tesla was before the model3 came out. I can't recommend this family business enough.Because I have such great support from Killen's, I'm considering a much needed second model x as they can replace my visits to tesla servicing.A long overdue round of applause for the team at Killens Smash Repairs. Thank you so much for what you do.
