Spanline Home Additions Coffs Harbour

Spanline completed a fantastic extension roof over my open deck. It gives me a whole new outdoor room for summer dining and it looks amazing. The builders, Wade and Aiden (overseen by Chris) did a fabulous job and went above and beyond expectations during wet weather. The final result has brought numerous compliments form neighbors and friends. I could not recommend them highly enough.

The tradesman did an excellent job, was quick and kept the site secure and was good to deal with. Overall the quickness of the quote, delivery of material and construction was all done well before the scheduled initial start time. So we are delighted with how quickly the work was done.

I had my hail damaged roof replaced by Spanline Coffs Harbour and upgraded from colourbond to the insulated panel and the difference is amazing. I was very happy with the service throughout and the workmanship is excellent. I would happily recommend Spanline Coffs Harbour.

Spanline has been very professional in their responses. The problem is that I am not there so I am having to use the advice from others who looked at the product.I am still getting feedback from them but I am aware that I can forward any concerns and that spanline will consider it. I feel it has been a good investment and has really given the house a face lift both back and front.

The company was great, from the estimator to the actual guys building the Fly over. Friendly and caring about what the built and were joy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone, they reinforced my belief that you get what you pay for.

We recently had a first-storey awning installed by Jason and his team at Spanline Coffs Harbour. Our original area was small and the wooden deck had deteriorated. Jason came out and met with us and we talked through what we wanted to achieve with area. Jason gave us several patio design options to choose from as well as a variety of colours and materials for the flooring. Jason recommended the Spanline Double U roof sheet advising us it was low maintenance and had long spans so we wouldn't need as many posts. Once we'd agreed on design things moved pretty quickly. The builders were very professional and were really pleasant to deal with. They even roped off the build area to make sure our gardens and lawn areas were protected. When the finished they left the site clean and tidy. The build quality is top notch and the Double U roof and new decking blend perfectly like it has always been a part of our house. Jason and his team were great and very easy to deal with. We honestly could not be happier with our new outdoor area that we can now sit out on and enjoy the views. We highly recommend Spanline.
