North Shore Hi-Tech recently serviced our car and we were impressed with their professionalism and care! They take the time to discuss with you the repairs needed for your vehicle and the cost before carrying out any work. The work was done to a high standard too, of course! Highly recommend.

Best place to go if you need to get your car serviced or fixed up. the owner, Vince, is a lovely guy and helped me out a lot when i used to have trouble with my previous car. He will actually explain and educate you about how cars work instead of feeding you bs like other mechanics and wont rip you off. Definitely recommend you to pay him a visit!

We had previously had our car serviced at the dealership, but will not go back. The service at North Shore Hi-Tech was light years ahead of the dealership. 5 weeks to book in for a diagnosis then quoted 3-4 weeks to actually get the part in and do the work.We booked the car in here one day, in the next, diagnosed early in the day, parts order and the whole thing done within the day. And for 20-30% (minimum) cheaper than the dealership. Work is at least as good, service is infinitely better. I will service both our cars here now.

Vince and his team were able to install the replacement I requested, check for other issues and resolve them, and the vehicle was sorted out in good time.Vince also took the time to talk me through what was done, checked, etc on a busy day and I appreciate this a lot.Here's hoping the vehicle keeps going for another 250k km!

Came for a normal car service, my first time visiting. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. They rang me about 30 mins before my car was ready, and mentioned that my rego was due in about a month, asking if I wanted them to do a pink slip check as well. I found this extremely helpful as that's not something I would have remembered myself and they've saved me another trip out! I will definitely be returning for my next service.

I have been a customer of North Shore Hi-Tech for 3 years now. I first found them because of their Google reviews were very impressive. I saw some customers drove 3-4 hours down to this place to maintain their cars. So I decided to come to try once. After 3 years now. I totally understand why those people drove many hours here. This business is incredible. Vince is very honest, knowledgeable, and their job is always high quality also their price is always fair for sure. I had 4 cars before and had a lot of experience with other business for last 20 years, North Shore Hi-Tech is the best of the best. I recommended all of my friends to here since I don't believe there is anywhere else can be better than Vince. As the previous people reviewed, if Vince tell you something need to be replaced, it must to be replaced. Appreciate Vince and Sarah.
